CSTP #2

In my TESP 501 course, I developed a classroom management plan including routines, procedures, rules, expectations, behavior intervention steps, etc. that I would use in my classroom. This connects to CSTP #2 as effective classroom management is necessary for creating and maintaining effective environments for student learning. The plan addresses the specific practices, but also the methodology behind them. Having a positive learning environment is key and building relationships is a cornerstone of that. Consistency in using the laid out practices is also of utmost importance in order to truly have control and rapport in a classroom.
